Agreement
By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to store unlawful content, attempt to access another workspace, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written authorisation.
Data ownership
Your workspace data belongs to your organisation. We process it only to operate the service.
Availability
The service is provided without an uptime warranty during the trial period.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. An owner can delete the workspace from Workspace → Settings; we may archive it for breach of these terms. On termination the workspace is archived — nobody can sign in — and its data is retained for 30 days, during which it can be restored on request, before it is permanently deleted.
