What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing can be added or changed until a plan is assigned. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Starter plan runs for 14 days without any payment details, and paid plans are set up by sales rather than through a checkout.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, in either direction — ask sales and the change is applied to your workspace immediately. Seat limits apply from that moment; existing records and seats are never removed by a downgrade, but no seat can be added while you are over the new limit.
