Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before signing up.
Do I need my own domain?
No. A workspace is fully usable through the central portal at revsphere.net/login. A platform subdomain and a custom domain are both optional and can be added later in workspace settings.
How is my data separated from other businesses?
Every record carries the workspace it belongs to, and every query is filtered by the workspace bound to your session. If that binding is ever missing, the request fails rather than returning data.
Can one person belong to two businesses?
Yes. You sign in once and pick a workspace; your role is evaluated per workspace, so you can be an Administrator in one and a Viewer in another.
How long does approval take?
You verify your email immediately. A platform operator then reviews the registration before the workspace opens.
Can platform staff see my data?
Only through an explicit impersonation session that requires a stated reason, expires automatically, shows a banner to the impersonated session, and is written to both the platform and workspace audit logs.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days on Starter the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing can be added or changed until a plan is assigned. Nothing is deleted.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Paid plans are sales-led. Contact us, tell us which plan you want, and we assign it to your workspace — there is no card to enter and no self-serve checkout. Full access returns the moment the plan is assigned.
What does the seat limit count?
Every active and invited seat, the owner included. Starter allows 5; Business and Enterprise are unlimited. Inviting a colleague, reactivating a seat or accepting an invitation past the limit is refused with the limit shown, so you always know where you stand.
