What we collect
Account details (name, work email), workspace configuration, and the records you enter into the product.
Why we collect it
To authenticate you, isolate your workspace, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Isolation
Every record is bound to your workspace and is not readable by any other workspace. Platform staff access requires an explicit, time-limited and audited impersonation session.
Retention
Audit logs are retained for the life of the workspace. A deleted workspace is archived for 30 days and then purged: its records, its audit trail and any account that existed only for it are permanently removed.
Your rights
A workspace owner can download a complete copy of the workspace data (JSON) and delete the workspace at any time from Workspace → Settings → Your data. Anyone can also request either by contacting support.
